I moved to Texas from Washington State about 3 months ago and heard nothing but great things about this office since arriving so I decided to give them a visit. As someone who has trouble getting numb I really appreciated how the doctor and his assistants made sure that I was completely comfortable before starting any work and checked with me throughout the procedure to make sure everything was good. His new office manager Ashley is also great. She was very thorough when explaining the recommended work and costs to me. She made sure I understood the recommended treatment plan so there would be no guesswork or confusion on my part later on. Ashley, the new manager, is seriously the best! She is so friendly and makes you feel comfortable as soon as you walk in. Dr. Carmichael is also great and really takes the time to make sure you’re comfortable and taken care of. Definitely recommend Watauga Dental Center!

I have had great experiences at Watauga Dental. I have been with Watauga for over 27 years.  I like Dr.Carmichael very much. He is very thorough with his examination and very gentle when doing dental work such as filling a cavity root canal etc. The staff is excellent and very professional. Not only is Watauga Dental Center close and convenient, but they have the best staff. Always so willing to help and work with you and always pleasant and professional. And Dr Carmichael is the best. He’s thorough and does an amazing job whether it’s filling a tooth or pulling a tooth I’ve never had a better experience.
