Devoted Dentistry Runs in The Family

Originally from San Diego, CA, Dr. Bryan Carmichael has been a proud Texas resident since 2012 and became the owner of Watauga Dental Center in 2021. He is part of a family of dentists, including his father, older brother, older sister, and brother-in-law.

Dr. Carmichael completed his undergraduate studies at Morehouse College in 2007 before completing dental school at the University of Michigan in 2011. After receiving his degree from the University of Michigan, he completed a residency in Glendale, AZ that focused on full-mouth rehabilitation, endodontics, and implants. Following his residency, he completed post-doctoral training for oral and IV sedation as well as implantology. He uses his background and experiences in these programs to provide a broad scope of oral health care. From general dental care to advanced forms of support that can include oral surgery and endodontic services, Dr. Carmichael is prepared to help patients feel confident in the health and appearance of their smiles!

Outside the office, Dr. Carmichael enjoys outdoor activities ranging from golfing, hunting, and fishing to more relaxing times spent on the beach. He enjoys mountain biking, saltwater and freshwater fishing, spending time on the ranch with friends and family, and relaxing with his fiancé and English bulldog.
